Time to be real...

All my life I heard the saying "Be Realistic" by people I looked up to.

Anything outside of the "normal path" doesn't sit well with people.

So I decided to challenge it. This is where I talk about becoming the best versions of ourselves despite what the "normal path" says.

We start with health and fitness, and then let the things we learn bleed over into other parts of our lives.

We get crystal clear on what we want, and we relentlessly pursue improvement until we hit our health, financial, relationship, and spiritual goals.

What you'll get in the newsletter is actionable steps to improve yourself constantly and become who you want to be. A specimen, a superhuman, a new renaissance man, whatever you want to call it.
